Is this training mandatory for staff?
No. It's designed for voluntary participation, though many agencies require attendance as part of professional development.
What if my agency has fewer than 15 officers?
The minimum is 15 attendees. Many smaller agencies combine staff or bring in staff from partner agencies.
Can we customize the training for our facility?
Yes. The core modules remain consistent, but we can discuss specific facility context and challenges.
Does this replace mandatory certifications or in-service training?
No. This complements your existing training. It focuses on character and leadership, not operations or compliance.
How far will you travel?
Travel is included within 50 miles. Beyond that, mileage is calculated at the current IRS standard rate.
What happens after the training?
Participants receive a certificate of completion and a participant workbook. Follow-up coaching and resources are available.
Is there a guarantee or follow-up?
