Frequently asked Questions

1. Who is this for? 

Frontline correctional officers and mid-level supervisors who want to deepen their leadership and character foundation. 

2. Is this mandatory for staff? 

No. It's designed for voluntary participation. 

3. What if my agency has fewer than 10 officers? 

The minimum fee is $1,000 for up to 10 attendees, and $100 for each additional attendee. 

4. Can we customize this for our facility? 

Yes. The core modules remain consistent, but we can discuss specific facility context and challenges. 

5. Does this replace mandatory certifications or in-service training? 

No. This complements your existing training. It focuses on character and leadership, not operations or compliance. 

6. How far will you travel? 

Travel is included within 50 miles. Beyond that, mileage is calculated at the current IRS standard rate. 

7. What happens afterward? 

Participants receive a certificate of completion and a participant workbook. Follow-up coaching and resources are available. 

8. Is there a guarantee or follow-up? 

There is no guarantee that this will positively impact the staff that attend, but that is the hope.  Staff will get out of it that which they put into it. Post-engagement feedback helps us improve. We're happy to discuss follow-up support. 

9. How do we book an engagement? 

Contact us with your facility information, preferred dates, and number of attendees. We'll send an engagement agreement and invoice. 

10. Can we get a sample of the curriculum? 

Yes. We can provide the Facilitator Guide or direct you to our website for detailed module descriptions.
