Called to Serve
A full-day, on-site training for correctional professionals
What makes this different:
This is NOT an operations class. We do not teach jail procedures, post orders, or policy compliance. Your agency already does that well. We don't duplicate or compete with in-house training systems.
This IS training that addresses who you are. Who officers are determines how they lead. When correctional professionals understand the weight and worth of their calling, when they strengthen their character and integrity, when they see those in their care as human beings — everything changes.
This IS training that transforms culture. Individual transformation leads to team transformation. Team transformation leads to facility culture change. That is how we build institutions worthy of public trust.
